About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global TA team on a full-time basis. This role will focus on strategic hiring for senior and leadership-level technical roles, with a strong emphasis on EMEA and Asia markets, driving talent pipelines across critical business functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE / Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and leadership-level technical roles across regional and global markets, with a focus on EMEA and Asia.
- Partner closely with C-suite and senior stakeholders across business units to define hiring needs and deliver top-tier technical talent.
- Build and manage strong pipelines for engineering, product, security, and other high-complexity technical functions within crypto, fintech, and digital-first industries.
- Drive sourcing strategies through direct sourcing, executive search, market mapping, and talent intelligence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on talent strategy, interview process, and decision-making for senior hires.
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience across diverse geographies.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in senior/leadership technical hiring, preferably in-house or at an executive search firm.
- Deep industry exposure to crypto, fintech, tech, or other fast-paced digital sectors.
- Bilingual inEnglish and Chinese (spoken & written) – essential for cross-border stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to manage and influence global senior stakeholders and navigate complex hiring decisions.
- Solid knowledge of technology, fintech, and crypto ecosystems, with the ability to quickly understand technical roles and new business models.
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
