The Table Games Shift Manager is responsible for the direction and supervision of the table games area including all functions and employees.  Specifically for the accurate control of funds assigned to and derived from all operations with the department.  Supervises all personnel and the necessary skills needed for each position.  Reviews all supervisors and dealers progress and performance.  Builds relationships with guests to contribute to customer development and companywide marketing efforts.  

  • Safeguarding company assets located within the casino department. 

  • Enforcing casino rules and regulations 

  • Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and Regulation 6A 

  • Approving credit as provided by the Credit Policy 

  • Responding to customer disputes arising in the Casino 

  • Directing assignments of pit personnel 

  • Assists in the supervision of all Table Games 

  • Assists in the selection, training, evaluation, discipline, scheduling and allocated work assignments while monitoring staff performance and productivity of Table Games personnel. 

  • Ensures compliance with IRGC regulations, company policies and internal controls. 

  • Assists in proper staffing and scheduling of Table Games personnel. 

  • Assumes authority of Shift Manager in their absence 

  • Observes and ensures compliance with all safety rules, policies and procedures. 

  • Promotes positive public relations. 

  • Perform other incidentals and related duties as required and/or assigned.
