Contracts Consultant is a contract opportunity with our client, an education products provider. This remote, in-region role manages contracts for digital and print products from strategy and negotiation through execution, amendments, renewals, and termination. The position partners with sales and cross-functional teams to support business objectives, mitigate risk, and maintain compliance. The application deadline for this role is 11/1/2026. *Contracts Consultant Responsibilities:* * Develop and align contract strategies for digital and print educational products and services. * Draft, review, negotiate, execute, amend, renew, and terminate customer and distributor agreements. * Identify contractual risks and recommend safeguards to support compliance and business objectives. * Coordinate input from sales, business owners, subject matter experts, finance, and legal teams throughout the contract lifecycle. * Provide guidance on contractual rights, obligations, interpretations, disputes, and revenue contract management processes. *Contracts Consultant Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field; a Juris Doctor is preferred. * At least 10 years of contract management experience, including drafting and negotiating sales, licensing, distribution, rental, confidentiality, statement of work, integration, IT security, and data privacy agreements. * Strong knowledge of contract construction, licensing, intellectual property rights, and federal and state data privacy regulations. * Excellent communication, negotiation, writing, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, along with the ability to use artificial intelligence and generative AI tools effectively and responsibly for contract review, drafting, research, analysis, and process improvement. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
