This position supports a specialized classroom serving students who are performing significantly below grade level and demonstrate emerging academic and functional skills. Students receive instruction aligned to their individual instructional levels through a modified curriculum designed to meet their unique learning needs. The classroom operates within a highly structured environment that emphasizes consistent routines, visual supports, and clear expectations to foster student success and independence. Instruction is delivered primarily through small-group teaching, allowing for individualized support and targeted skill development.
