- Attending inbound and outbound chats/calls/cases solving customer issues.
- Must have problem-solving skills and follow timeline when assigned for task.
- Manage a team of customer service agents.
- Prepare KPI reports, performance reports for management review.
- Able to follow order processing system from the back end.
- Willing to work 6 days and 6 hours per day in different shifts.
