Job Summary
Assists the Loans Servicing and Originations processes by handling various general tasks assigned by Operational Support. May review calls and/or customer accounts to ensure Exeter complies with State and Federal regulations.
Job Duties
- Review identified accounts to ensure proper compliance with State and Federal regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues by providing necessary information and supporting team members.
- Ensure all operational tasks are completed within deadlines, and alert supervisors of any delays or issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all tasks in a professional manner.
- Identify and report any issues to management promptly.
- Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of Exeter’s policies and procedures, as well as, state and federal laws.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-3 years general work experience
- Experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a business or operational setting.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members.
- Ability to follow established procedures and work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Comfortable working with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
