You'll identify and pursue software maintenance renewal opportunities with existing customers, manage contract negotiations and pricing discussions, build relationships with IT procurement and finance stakeholders, forecast and track renewal revenue to support company targets, and coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure smooth renewals and customer satisfaction.
You need 4–6 years in sales, account management, or service renewal roles, preferably in enterprise software or technology. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required with strong sales results.
