Position (short) summary
We are looking for an analytical, self-motivated person to join our Marketing team as an SEO Specialist. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting organic performance, identifying technical issues early on and performing thorough audits to optimize our presence. You will be working closely with our Product and Dev teams, along with other key stakeholders, to ensure that every change we implement drives better rankings, more traffic, and high-quality leads for our listings.
Responsibilities
Continuous monitoring of organic traffic performance and timely identification of potential issues or volatility.
Conduct frequent SEO audits (technical, on-page, content) and propose actionable optimizations to improve rankings.
Support the developer teams during the implementation of SEO tasks and ensure that product updates do not negatively impact organic visibility.
Perform thorough reporting on SEO KPIs, providing insights that help shape our overall digital strategy.
Monitor the competition and industry trends to identify shifts in the market and stay ahead of the curve.
Actively contribute to the improvement of our positions across all verticals (Real Estate, Jobs, Auto, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and passion for interpreting SEO data and search engine algorithm changes into growth opportunities.
3+ years of proven working experience in an SEO-focused role, ideally working with large-scale websites or marketplaces.
Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush).
Solid understanding of technical SEO principles and how they interact with web development cycles.
A can-do attitude, initiative-taking mindset, and a self-driven approach to problem-solving.
Ability to learn fast, fierce about speaking your mind and proposing optimizations on existing ways of working, while introducing best practices.
