We are seeking a Senior Technology Consultant to join our dynamic team in Herzogenaurach, Germany. In this role, you will lead complex technology projects, provide strategic guidance to clients, and drive innovative solutions to address business challenges.
- Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with clients' business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and execution of large-scale technology projects
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Provide expert advice on emerging technologies and their potential impact on client businesses
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for technology initiatives
- Deliver high-impact presentations and reports to senior executives and stakeholders
- Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in technology consulting or related field
- Advanced knowledge of various technology platforms and solutions
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges
- Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and business process modeling
- Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, AWS, Azure) are highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Understanding of business operations across various sectors
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus
