Senior Staff Manager – Business Systems
Department: Business Systems Group (BSG)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Staff Manager – Business Systems to serve as a single point of contact for business across Netradyne’s web application ecosystem, spanning eCommerce platforms, corporate website, middleware, data platforms, analytics, and enterprise integrations. This role requires strong depth across front-end, back-end, API, data, and cloud-connected architecture, with accountability to design, build, modernize, and scale business-critical applications end-to-end while driving high engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of business-critical platforms across web applications, eCommerce, middleware, and data ecosystems.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions with clear architecture, implementation plans, and reusable patterns.
- Drive full-stack architecture decisions across front-end, backend, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Design robust integration patterns using API-first, service-oriented, and event-driven approaches.
- Drive AI inclusion across business systems by identifying high-impact use cases, embedding intelligent automation into platforms and workflows, and leading the development of scalable AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes.
- Build and modernize digital platforms to support secure, scalable, and high-performing user experiences.
- Own platform engineering across web, commerce, and data systems with accountability for long-term maintainability.
- Contribute hands-on to critical initiatives across development, integration, and platform implementation when needed.
- Lead complex programs from design to deployment with a focus on quality, reliability, and production readiness.
- Establish strong engineering practices including design reviews, code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and release governance.
- Drive operational excellence through monitoring, performance tuning, defect prevention, and system reliability improvements.
- Strengthen platform scalability and resilience with secure, observable, and supportable system design.
- Enable scale through automation and reusable engineering frameworks to improve delivery efficiency and consistency.
- Lead cross-functional execution by partnering effectively with product, business, analytics, infrastructure, and enterprise application teams.
- Influence technical direction and investment choices with strong engineering judgment and practical trade-off analysis.
- Improve developer productivity and organizational delivery of readiness by driving standards, simplification, and platform maturity.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in enterprise applications, software engineering, including substantial experience in ability to lead solutions and deliver complex cross-functional initiatives hands-on, even in lean team environments.
- Strong full-stack engineering expertise across front-end, backend, APIs, system design, enterprise integrations, and cloud-connected platforms including web, eCommerce, middleware, and data ecosystems.
- Proven hands-on experience delivering and operating production-grade, scalable, and maintainable solutions end-to-end using modern engineering practices such as testing, version control, CI/CD, and release management.
- Integration & Middleware: MuleSoft or equivalent iPaaS
- Data Warehouse & ETL: Snowflake or similar platforms
- Business Intelligence: Tableau or equivalent
- Web Platforms: Webflow or modern CMS systems
- Commerce Platforms: Shopify or similar
