You need 8+ years in enterprise IT sales, with proven success selling to manufacturing companies or deep manufacturing industry expertise. A track record of closing six-figure deals and working with C-level executives is essential. A degree in business, engineering, or related field is common but not required—your sales and industry expertise are what matter.
