About the project
Be part of one of the most recognizable e-commerce platforms in Europe - a product used by tens of millions of people every month, with a history spanning more than two decades.
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own a significant, often ambiguous area of the product end-to-end - collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders across a large corporate structure. You won't be handed a well-defined brief; you'll be expected to walk into unclear territory, figure out what the real problem is, ask the right questions, and drive the topic to a decision. You'll propose solutions, facilitate discussions, and advocate for users - while understanding that final decisions rest with the business. Comfort with ambiguity, strong ownership, and the judgment to know when to explore versus when to converge are what will make you successful here.
Most of the teams you'll work with are based in Poznań and Warsaw - so if that's where you are, you'll have a natural advantage when it comes to showing up in person and being part of the team's day-to-day. We offer remote working with occasional visits to the office, as well as business trips.
Salary:
16 000 - 21 500 PLN net/month B2B
13 392 - 17 995 PLN gross/month employee contract
What you'll be doing
Independently take ownership of a product area - identify problems, frame them clearly, and drive them from ambiguity to a shipped decision, without needing the scope handed to you
Lead discovery: define hypotheses, choose the right research method for the situation, run workshops, and translate insights into concrete design decisions - not just audits or status reviews
Design end-to-end flows and high-fidelity interfaces that are consistent with brand and usability standards, with strong attention to accessibility and inclusive design
Use data, user behavior, and competitive insight to identify opportunities
Actively use AI as a working partner throughout the design process - bringing together the worlds of design and artificial intelligence
Use the design system and visual language effectively as part of your product decision-making
Present and defend design decisions clearly and synthetically to clients and internal stakeholders
Work in an agile, iterative way in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly as priorities and timelines shift, while keeping multiple concurrent stakeholders (PM, dev, business, other teams) aligned
What we need for this position
5+ years of experience as a Product or UX Designer, with a portfolio that shows decisions, not just artifacts
Demonstrated experience owning an ambiguous, undefined problem space from scratch - not just executing a well-scoped task within someone else's process
Proven experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, where you were the one connecting the dots
Confidence and precision in communication - you can walk a stakeholder through a case in minutes, not because you compress the story, but because you know what actually matters
A mature, hands-on AI workflow that goes beyond tool familiarity: you treat AI as a sparring partner and a lever for faster thinking, variant exploration, and rapid prototyping
Solid craft across the full design process: personas, journey mapping, content strategy, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals
Experience collaborating with developers and PMs from the earliest stages of a problem - not just at handoff
Excellent communication skills in English (B2/C1) and fluent Polish- must have
