About the Team
What You'll Do
-
Develop and manage strategic partnerships for OKX Web3 businesses globally, including RWA partners.

Advising on strategies and product enhancements to facilitate OKX Web in offering a user journey that is catered for a wide range of users globally, including users with traditional finance background or users with limited on-chain experience.

Activate and manage external content platforms, communities and channels to drive partner-sourced growth.

Own the full lifecycle of high-value channel partners: sourcing, commercial structuring, contracting, activation, performance tracking, and renewal.

Represent the team at global industry events and finance conferences, expanding industry presence and partnership networks.

Work closely with Compliance and Legal to ensure all partner activities meet local regulatory requirements in the relevant jurisdictions.

Who You Are
-
3+ years of experience in channel partnerships; candidates with working experience in traditional finance, fintech, brokerage, crypto exchange and dealing in retail business are preferred.

A verifiable, portable network of content and community partners related to OKX Web3's businesses that can be activated quickly.

Deep understanding of Web3 technology, industry trends and asset types. .
-
Strong commercial negotiation skills with the ability to design effective partnership incentive structures.
-
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, able to cover Chinese-speaking and international markets effectively.
-
Hands-on, ownership mindset — willing to be measured on hard volume-based metrics on a quarterly basis.

Working experience and network in both traditional finance and crypto fields
-
Experience with overseas Chinese-speaking diaspora communities
-
Hands-on experience designing referral mechanics and campaign incentive structures
-
Strong analytical foundation — comfort with funnel diagnostics and ROI modeling
