About the role
The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. This role leads a variety of projects including launching new products and services, large-scale application development, systems integration, BPO arrangements, operational efficiency improvements, process engineering, and infrastructure upgrade and deployment. Operating as an individual contributor managing matrixed teams, the purpose of this role is to drive the successful execution of these initiatives in alignment with organizational standards and industry best practices.
This is a hybrid position based at our Prague office.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives and IT deliverables.
- Directly manages all parts of the project life cycle and works with matrix IT partners to oversee all SDLC phases of a project.
- Rigorously manages project scope, milestones, and integrated plans to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Validates financial forecasts, provides on-going reconciliation of resources, and manages related project expenditures.
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives, representing the project in governance forums.
Required:
- 7 to 10 years of IT Project Management Experience in a multinational company, with proven experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technology.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels, with the ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and motivate teams under pressure.
