Job Responsibilities
- Maintain employee related information on hrms system.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and performing reference checks
- Assist with performance management procedures and track annual appraisals with employees and managers
- Assist with employee engagement events in all business units
- Coordinate assigned trainings with all employees and provide status updates to Group HR and managers
- Handle induction presentations and ensure all new trainings are completed on time with new employees
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
Educational Qualification Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or in another related field.
