THIS ROLE
The role handles the onboarding process for new clients, existing growth, and migration initiatives with limited\no supervision. This position independently manages day-to-day implementation operations for medium and primarily high-complexity entities. The Sr. Accountant processes client data, sets up systems, performs reconciliations,and occassionally conducts reviews on low - medium complexity entities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You’ll manage day-to-day client implementation and onboarding activities for new clients, business expansions, and migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication with minimal supervision.
- You’ll set up legal entities and investors within reporting systems, process and migrate client data, validate information, and perform reconciliations for medium- to high-complexity entities.
- You’ll respond promptly to client and stakeholder queries, maintain comprehensive implementation documentation, and ensure accurate system configurations and account setups.
- You’ll identify, investigate, and resolve implementation issues by following established procedures, supporting implementation planning, and contributing to process improvements.
- You’ll perform quality reviews, monitor implementation timelines, and ensure compliance with security, data protection, and operational standards throughout the onboarding and migration lifecycle.

ABOUT YOU
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Shared Services, Fund Accounting, or a similar environment.
- You have experience managing service operations, client deliverables, and/or client onboarding activities, ensuring high-quality service and successful implementation outcomes.
- You possess strong organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze data, perform reconciliations, and support operational reporting requirements.
- You are a client-focused and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, capable of coordinating onboarding activities, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services.
