W Costa Navarino is seeking for a Security Officer to to ensure the safety for the facility and the guests and associates.
Responsibilities:
- Verify and assist guests’ arrivals.
- Verify, guide & record external contractors and appointments.
- Check & record transportation from / to the resort.
- Recognize and solves issues coming from the interaction with the guests, contractors etc.
- Ensure the normal operation of the Main Gate’s systems.
- Inform immediately regarding VIP arrivals & special categories.
- Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards at all times.
- Attend all trainings and seminars provided by the company and continuously remain updated for all trends and market news
Requirements
- High school Diploma / Associates Degree (IEK) or two years technical certificate / Private Security Personnel Certification Seminar / Other – KEMEA certification
- Knowledge and ability to speak the English language fluently
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Basic knowledge of Greek law legislations
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Patience with ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
