The School Psychologist will support students' academic, social, and emotional development by providing assessment, intervention, and consultation services. This role plays a critical part in helping schools create supportive learning environments and ensure student success. *Position Details:* * Start Date: ASAP * End Date: 6/3/2027 * Schedule: Full-time Grade Levels: Elementary, Preschool * Location: In Person, 32.5 * School Year: 2026/2027 *Responsibilities:* * Conduct psychological and educational assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, behavioral, and emotional functioning. * Interpret assessment data and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations. * Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). * Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students as needed. * Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans. * Consult with school staff on classroom strategies, behavior management, and mental health supports. * Support crisis intervention and response when necessary. * Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. *Qualifications:* * Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field. * Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School * Psychologist endorsement.
