Position Details * *Start Date:* ASAP * *Location:* *Tarrant County, Texas* * *On-Site*, *35 hours per week* * *School Year:* *2026-2027* * *Pay Range:* *$60-$63/hour* Qualifications * *Active Texas School Psychologist credential (LSSP)* (or ability to obtain prior to start) * *Master's, Ed.S., or Doctoral degree* in School Psychology * Experience conducting *psychoeducational evaluations* and writing comprehensive reports * Knowledge of *special education laws*, IEP processes, and evidence-based assessment/intervention practices * Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills * Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff Responsibilities * Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and psychological assessments to determine students' strengths, needs, and eligibility for services * Administer and interpret cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments to guide intervention planning * Provide individual and group counseling to support students with social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs * Develop and implement intervention plans that promote emotional regulation, positive behavior, and academic success * Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and related service providers * Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including IEP and 504 meetings, and provide recommendations for supports/services * Consult with school staff on classroom strategies, behavior management, and evidence-based interventions * Support school-wide initiatives (SEL, bullying prevention, restorative practices, trauma-informed care) * Provide crisis response support as needed * Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations What We Offer * Competitive pay and benefits package * Access to a wide network of schools and districts for diverse placement options * Streamlined hiring process to get you started quickly * Ongoing communication and advocacy throughout your placement * Personalized support from dedicated recruiting professionals * Opportunities for professional growth and development Why Apply?
