To fuel our growth, we are hiring a GTM Analyst to support the EMEA Strategy & Planning team. This role is a key member of our EMEA S&P team and is responsible for leading EMEA wide initiatives, supporting the EMEA SVP and AVPs as they drive their businesses.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.

Responsibilities
Data Support & Insight Generation
- Translate business needs: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their data requirements, helping turn high-level business challenges into structured analytical frameworks.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis: Perform deep-dive analyses on sales and GTM data, translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Maintain reporting infrastructure: Manage and update executive-level reporting frameworks and dashboards that enable senior leadership to track business performance.
- Audit critical metrics: Regularly review, update, and audit key sales-facing tracking files to ensure data integrity across pipeline, productivity, and quota attainment.
Project Execution & Tool Delivery
- Enable GTM teams: Build and maintain accessible data tools and dashboards that empower Go-To-Market teams to make data-driven decisions and increase daily productivity.
- Support project management: Help plan, organize, and track the progress of data analysis projects, learning to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Navigate ambiguity: Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving by working with managers to turn complex or ambiguous business requests into clean, structured data solutions.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience: 2–4 years of professional work experience, ideally in a quantitative, analytical, or strategic role.
- Core Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for data modeling and analysis.
- Data Visualization: Hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau or equivalent business intelligence tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven experience working with large datasets to conduct analysis, identify data trends or issues, and quantify business impact.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to navigating ambiguity, with the ability to help distill high-level business needs into structured, actionable tools.
- Communication: Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and efficiently to non-technical, cross-functional partners.
Nice-to-Have (Preferred Qualifications)
- CRM & Tooling Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Advanced Analytics Platforms: Experience with Sigma and/or CRM-Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Prior experience collaborating with teams across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
