About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to build the systems, programs, and content that help our rapidly growing Sales team perform at its best.

Today, Juicebox has a strong foundation of sales playbooks, onboarding, and training, but much of it has been built and delivered directly by Sales leadership. As our team scales, we need someone to turn what works today into a repeatable, measurable, and AI-native enablement engine.

You'll initially be heavily focused on enablement: rebuilding our onboarding and ramp program, evolving our sales playbooks, leading ongoing training, and ensuring every seller has the knowledge and resources they need to win. You'll also partner closely with Product and Product Marketing to translate a fast-moving product roadmap into clear messaging, training, and collateral that sellers can immediately put into practice.

This is a highly visible, hands-on IC role with significant ownership and the opportunity to define what world-class Sales Enablement looks like at Juicebox.

You Will…

  • Own and revamp our Sales onboarding program, building a scalable experience that gets new AEs and SDRs productive quickly and consistently.

  • Build and maintain the Juicebox sales playbook, codifying our best practices across discovery, messaging, positioning, objection handling, competitive differentiation, demos, and deal execution.

  • Create an ongoing enablement cadence across training, role-playing, certifications, call reviews, and reinforcement to continuously raise the bar for seller performance.

  • Lead product launch enablement, partnering with Product and Product Marketing to translate new capabilities into compelling customer-facing messaging, talk tracks, training, and sales plays.

  • Own and continuously improve our core sales materials, including the central sales deck, battlecards, talk tracks, competitive resources, and other field-facing content.

  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to identify skill and knowledge gaps, then build targeted programs that translate into stronger execution in the field.

  • Use data and feedback to measure enablement effectiveness, including rep readiness, ramp time, content adoption, and performance trends, and continuously iterate on programs.

  • Rethink enablement through an AI-native lens, experimenting with AI-powered coaching, content creation, personalized learning, simulations, knowledge management, and other new approaches that make our sellers better and faster.

  • Turn what our best sellers do into repeatable systems, ensuring that great sales execution scales as quickly as our team does.

  • All with the goal of supporting the GTM team to close bigger deals, faster!

You Have…

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or a closely related sales role, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

  • Hands-on experience building or delivering sales onboarding, training, coaching, or enablement programs.

  • A strong understanding of the sales process and what makes sellers effective—you may have built your career in enablement or started as an AE/SDR before moving into enablement.

  • A track record of growth and increasing ownership in your career; we're especially excited by candidates who have been promoted or consistently expanded their scope.

  • The ability to turn complex product information into simple, compelling messaging and practical resources sellers can actually use.

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the confidence to lead training and coach sellers across different experience levels.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills—you can build structure around a fast-moving organization without slowing it down.

  • A builder mindset. You're excited to create, test, iterate, and improve rather than inherit a fully established enablement machine.

  • A highly collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and other GTM teams.

  • Curiosity and fluency with AI tools, with strong instincts for how AI can fundamentally improve the way enablement is built and delivered.

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where the product, team, and playbook are constantly evolving.

Perks & Benefits

  • Top-of-market compensation with meaningful equity, because everyone should share in our success.

  • Comprehensive healthcare with 100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees (PPO Platinum plan with $0 deductible). 90% employer contribution for dependents. Dental & Vision: 90% employer covered; 85% for dependents.

  • $2,000 annual wellness stipend to support your physical, mental, and financial well-being.

  • Daily meals provided.

  • $300/month commuting stipend to help cover the cost of getting to and from the office.
