Sales Assistant - Full-Time
SPAR IFSC Dublin is currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our team. The successful candidate will help deliver excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and support the day-to-day operation of the store.
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Assist customers with queries and purchases
Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately
Replenish shelves and ensure products are displayed correctly
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store
Monitor stock levels and report shortages when required
Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support store operations
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Previous retail or deli experience would be beneficial
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to use initiative and work independently when required
Sound judgement and decision-making skills
Self-motivated and reliable
Good attention to detail
