Our client, a consumer products company, is seeking a Retail Replenishment & Demand Planning Analyst for a temporary position. This role supports retail planning and replenishment by managing orders, analyzing sales and POS trends, coordinating inventory execution, and partnering with sales, customer service, and retail teams. *Retail Replenishment & Demand Planning Analyst Responsibilities:* * Manage the end-to-end order process, including order creation, daily order reviews, purchase order maintenance, and fill-rate optimization. * Support direct import execution from Asia in partnership with the customer service team. * Analyze sales trends and item-level POS projections, aligning plans with internal stakeholders and retail partners. * Develop weekly shipping plans by item and channel to support POS plans, in-stock performance, and future order needs. * Present business findings in forecasting meetings and recommend seasonal action plans. *Retail Replenishment & Demand Planning Analyst Qualifications:* * At least two years of relevant experience in sales analysis or merchandise buying and planning. * Direct replenishment planning experience in a highly seasonal environment with long lead times. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical skills, including the ability to coordinate information, identify relevant data, and recommend corrective actions. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels and functional areas. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
