Key Objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries.
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and internal communications efficiently.

Responsibilities
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.

• Maintain and update contact lists and internal databases accurately.
• Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
