Job Title: Remote CSR
Location: La Vernia, TX
Pay Range: $21
Shift: 8 am PST to 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence
- Identify and address all customer questions and concerns effectively
- Thoroughly research and understand all aspects of customer requests to ensure accurate assistance
- Ensure that all oral and written communication content meets the needs of the target audience
- Work closely with the Project Support Team to deliver exceptional customer service
What's Needed?
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong conversational skills and ability to work independently
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced call center environment
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
