Requirements:
- 3+ years recent healthcare experience required
- Experience verifying insurance coverage/benefits - calling insurance plans and talking through the process
- Prior authorization experience
- CSR skills as this will be working in a call center environment making outbound and taking inbound calls
- Pharmacy Techs work very well in this role as long as they have the above experience
