About the Role
Betr is looking for a commercially driven, player-obsessed Regional VIP Lead to own VIP acquisition and growth across the Southeast market (priority FL & GA). You will actively identify, attract, and develop VIP relationships while managing the full lifecycle from first touch to long-term loyalty and maximum LTV. You won't just service a player book handed to you; you'll build one from the ground up, acting as Betr's face in your market.
