Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for revenue generation, sales funnel building and business growth in the designated geographical region and to an extent across nation 

Job Location:  Tulsa, Oklahoma


Duties & Responsibilities

Assume overall accountability for establishing and implementing an effective sales plan, meeting regional sales goals, developing sales strategies and focusing on new business hunting.

Understand and maintain current knowledge of the company's products and services . 

Keep informed on technological developments, market competition, policies, and regulation. 

Utilize resources and perform research to determine sales patterns and strategies for different market sectors.

Perform territory business analysis and report results to the VP of Sales on a regular basis. 

Identify key business opportunities in the targeted industries and segments. 

Develop and maintain relationships with key position holders within the targeted accounts. 

Attend national and regional conferences, trade shows customer meetings, demo’s and other industry-based events

 Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales management positions.

Proficiency in selling high-end technological solutions

Proficiency in leading the full sales cycle A-Z

Proficiency in generating new outbound leads and penetrating new markets

Strong understanding of the market and customer needs within the energy sector.

Proficiency in leading Demo’s at a customer site

Willingness to travel from time to time within the US.

Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Willingness to work according to frequent KPI’s (booking, pipeline, SQL’s and outbound)

American citizenship is required or working permit in US.
