Role Purpose
At Preply, hiring excellence requires proactive, data-informed attraction strategies and a high-performing candidate journey.
Brand owns Employer Brand foundations, messaging development, content production, and publishing operations. Talent Acquisition owns recruitment marketing strategy and full ownership of the Careers page as a candidate conversion product.
The Recruitment Marketing Specialist leads recruitment marketing strategy for priority chapters and owns the Careers page end-to-end, driving measurable hiring impact.
This is a senior individual contributor role with strategic ownership and high autonomy.
What you’ll be doing
Chapter Attraction Strategy
Own attraction strategies for priority chapters (e.g. Engineering, Data/AI, Design, Commercial)
Diagnose hiring challenges and define target segments, channel mix, and campaign focus
Create structured briefs and roadmaps for Brand execution
Maintain a forward-looking recruitment marketing roadmap aligned to hiring plans
Events & Conferences Strategy & Delivery
Define, together with TA and Chapter Leads, the annual talent events strategy aligned to hiring priorities
Select high-impact conferences, meetups, and sponsorship opportunities
Own end-to-end operational delivery of in-house recruitment events and sponsored conferences
Define success metrics (pipeline generation, seniority mix, conversion to interview) and evaluate ROI
Continuously refine event strategy based on outcomes
Careers Page End-to-End Ownership
Own the Careers page as a candidate journey and conversion surface
Define structure, content priorities, and improvement roadmap
Run performance tracking and experimentation to improve apply rate and reduce drop-off
Partner with Brand on UX, design system, and implementation
Recruitment Marketing Performance
Define and monitor KPIs across channels and initiatives
Provide clear reporting to TA leadership and chapter stakeholders
Continuously refine attraction strategy based on data and insights
Channel & Program Ownership
Own performance and ROI of selected job boards and talent channels
Recommend investment shifts based on hiring priorities and results
What you need to succeed
6–8+ years in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or Talent Marketing
Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management capability
Experience owning performance-driven digital surfaces (e.g. careers page, campaign funnels)
Analytical, autonomous, and comfortable operating in a matrix
