We're growing fast and not just in Belgium. Stores in Antwerp, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht, with more international locations on the horizon. More growth means more vacancies, more candidates and more new colleagues joining the team. Until now, recruitment and onboarding happened on top of everything else. We're done with that.
We're looking for a dedicated Recruiter who takes full ownership of that process across all our locations: from the first job post to the moment someone walks in on their first day. Someone who moves fast, communicates like a human and knows how to find the right people before the competition does.
What you'll be doing
Own the full recruitment cycle across all our locations: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer and closing
Write job postings that actually sound like us, no templates, no jargon
Actively source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
Keep Recruitee (our ATS) up to date and make sure every candidate gets a timely, personal response
Coordinate onboarding for new hires: first day planning, paperwork, tooling access and a proper welcome
Work with HR and team leads to keep onboarding sharp as we scale
Keep our careers page on-brand and up to date
Support in HR admin tasks
What you bring
Experience in an in-house recruitment role, or agency background with a genuine understanding that in-house is a different game entirely
You know how to find people who aren't actively looking
Strong communicator: clear, direct and personal, in Dutch and English
Organized and structured, without losing the human touch
You thrive when things move fast and change often
Based in or near Antwerp
Nice to have
Experience recruiting in an international context
Familiarity with compensation, payroll structures and employment law
Affinity with fashion, retail or brand culture
Familiarity with Recruitee or a similar ATS
