The Quoting Analyst will be tasked with assisting and completing GlobalRFPs, RFQs, and RFIs (which includes vendor forms, AR forms, security questionnaires etc). in a timely manner on behalf of the Sales function within KnowBe4. This is a fast paced role where the Quoting Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the proper procedures are followed to complete RFPs which includes collaborating with the legal and infosec teams, sales leadership and regional sales personnel on all RFPs. The Quoting Analyst is to complete customer facing requests within the timeframes specified, ensuring that quality content is produced for customers to assess KnowBe4 in a competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Complete quality responses for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs across the Sales and Account Management functions
- Maintain flexibility during month-end and quarter-end to book the deals before the closure.
- Stay in tight coordination with the Sales rep you are working with on the RFP, RFQ, or RFI, keeping them updated on progress.
- Ability to work the following shifts
- APJ - Morning Shift - 7 AM to 4 PM (IST)
- EMEA - Evening Shift - 1 PM to 10 PM (IST)
- Americas - 6 PM to 3 AM (IST)
- Use the appropriate channels and workflows when working with legal or other departments on the filling out of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
- Ensure Loopio is updated and maintained so our answer repository remains current and up to date when completing responses
- Develop and maintain good relations and coordination with legal,InfoSec, Tech engineers and Sales in the accomplishment of above
- Update and maintain our reporting spreadsheets.
- Assess and communicate areas of improvement for any current processes.
- Track win/losses on RFPs worked on
- Understand how we operate against our competitors and conveying this within our responses.
- Take on and the lead on efficiency projects for the team/business e.g. assessing and leveraging AI tools, updating proposal templates, best practice initiatives that can be imbedded in the team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in SaaS, Cyber Security sectors would be a plus
- Experience of working in previous RFP roles (4 years minimum) would be a plus.
- Experience with Gmail.Google Docs, Google slides
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Experience with Loopio a plus
- Strong verbal communications
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability and confidence to engage at C-Level
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent grammar
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Team oriented with strong collaborative skills
