We basically just need someone who has experience in Managing/Leading/Coordinating software testting.
- Highschool Diploma (required)
- Minimum 4 years Test Coordinator/Lead Manager Experience in an IT environment and 6+ years of overall professional experience
- CSTE (Certified Software Tester) or ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualification Board)
- Understanding of Testing/QA techniques, practices and processes
- Experience with planning and leading QA efforts
- Thorough knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle process
- Ability to provide necessary support to the gathering and writing of accurate complete test materials
