Shared Service Center for Global Procurement
- Collaborate with Kronospan’s global Product Planning teams and lead buyers to identify purchasing needs, define optimal order quantities, and align on consumption and pricing
- Process internal purchase demands and create purchase orders in the company ERP system
- Transmit and prioritize approved purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and timely confirmation
- Track order acknowledgements, prepare and communicate shortage and backlog reports, and proactively inform internal stakeholders of potential supply interruptions
- Ensure compliance with supplier contracts and agreements, and report any non-conformances.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment of materials and maintain continuity of supply
- Coordinate planning and forecasting activities for Kronospan plants, maintaining effective communication with suppliers
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses to support purchasing decisions and management reporting
- University degree (preferably in Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field)
- Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is considered an advantage
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools — particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and drive process improvements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across international teams
