- Plan, direct and coordinate scheduling and production activities of the organization based on sales demand to achieve quality products completely and on time.
- Ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets
- Manage the performance of the team to meet or exceed targets: productivity levels, quality standards, and utilization/efficiency objectives
- Lead all subordinates in establishing a work plan and staffing for each phase of the project or program.
- Confer with heads and staff to provide technical advice and to resolve problems; provide the necessary leadership and management support to enhance the efforts of project staff.
- Review reports prepared by line leaders and modify schedules, or shifts/increase resources, in order to reach target completion dates.
College graduate preferably on Engineering or the equivalent
Must have at least (2) years of supervisory experience in all aspects of production operations preferably in a retail, trading or manufacturing entity
Desirable:
- ISO training an advantage
- Training on production management
- Create spreadsheets or database using more complex formula setting using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
- Advantage if with background on any business related
