About the role
As a Product Operations, you will serve as a high-stakes orchestrator responsible for the successful integration of new product features and policy-driven initiatives. You will exert strategic influence over roadmap prioritization, mitigating risks before they arise and ensuring that every product launch is backed by a robust operational framework. This is a role for a proactive, autonomous leader who can navigate ambiguity and build alignment across diverse global stakeholders.
Main responsibilities
Influence Product Roadmap & Strategy: Partner directly with Product teams during the discovery phase to advocate for operational excellence and customer-centric prioritization.
Architect Seamless Customer Journeys: Design and optimize end-to-end journeys for new features, ensuring a frictionless experience for the user and a scalable workflow for the operation.
Lead High-Stakes Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to align diverse interests and drive consensus
Drive Operational Readiness: Define all the requirements to ensure the frontline teams are equipped to handle new product complexities.
Execute Advanced Risk Assessment: Proactively identify potential friction points and operational risks, implementing mitigation strategies that protect both the customer experience and the company’s reputation.
Champion Autonomy and Accountability: Own the lifecycle of product optimization projects from inception to post-launch assessment, operating with a high degree of independence in a fast-paced environment.
