About Us
- Own the functional planning, design, and requirements management for CRM product lines (e.g., customer service back-office systems, Salesforce), covering both consumer-facing features and their corresponding management consoles.
- Work closely with internal business teams to build and maintain CRM and business workflow systems, taking full ownership of delivery outcomes and business satisfaction.
- Explore and implement AI capabilities within the company's CRM and other product ecosystems to drive improvements in internal operational efficiency.
- Lead detailed product feature planning and design, including (but not limited to): gathering and clarifying business requirements, writing PRD documents, mapping out functional workflows, defining feature specifications, establishing logic rules for individual features, and conducting field-level analysis. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure clear understanding of requirements, support system architecture design, and coordinate iteration planning.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in prototyping tools such as Axure and Mockplus, as well as process and mind-mapping tools such as Visio and MindManager. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality PRD documentation that clearly articulates product logic and feature details.
- Strong project management capabilities — able to effectively coordinate cross-functional resources, manage project timelines, and drive successful delivery. A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, adept at listening to stakeholder needs and aligning diverse interests toward consensus.
- Data-driven mindset with familiarity in data analysis methods and tools; able to surface insights from data to identify issues and optimize products. Strong learning agility and innovative thinking, with a proactive approach to tracking industry trends and incorporating new technologies and concepts into product development.
- Prior experience building or successfully launching AI-powered products is a plus.
