It is so important that we deliver an exceptional internal communication service and support to our circa 1,300 global client base. That’s where you come in. We need an experienced and innovative B2C / Prosumer / internal marketing professional to drive the highest level of uptake across all of our products among end-users. Your job is to own a strategic approach to creating and executing internal marketing campaigns that our account management teams can version and execute within our client’s environment. Reward Gateway is different from other employee engagement solutions. We don’t rest until our clients get the highest adoption and ROI of the solutions they partnered with us to deliver.

 

What you’ll deliver

A comprehensive multi-channel communications toolbox; comprising digital and non-digital initiatives that can be tailored for different employee demographics.

Set the end-user global comms strategy, working with cross-functional teams to align initiatives to business and client objectives.

Coach the client-facing teams on how to deliver best-in-class internal comms programs for their clients.

Manage tests, trials and pilots of new comms methodologies together with our clients.

Build success targets for uptake of products and deliver reports against a goal.

You will have a passion for communications.  You will be someone who has experience of B2C marketing or employee/internal communications.  You will have the ability to manage a number of projects and have a creative eye.

We create products for HR. Products that are innovative, easy to use and deliver high engagement for every one of our clients. High engagement is what makes our clients happy and that client number is growing fast. We currently work with over 1,300 companies including American Express, Groupon, Yahoo!, IBM, and McDonald’s. Each client uses our core product SmartHub, an employee engagement platform which allows them to build an employee experience unique to their organisation.

We strictly “solve for HR,” if you ever join us you’ll hear us say that a lot. HR are our customer, we understand their world and their world only, we care passionately about what they achieve in their role, and we’re here to help them.
