Position

Kueski is seeking a Product Account Sr. Manager to own and grow a strategic enterprise partnership, leading commercial performance, executive relationships, and cross-functional initiatives that drive business impact.

This role is ideal for a strategic, execution-driven leader who thrives in complex environments and excels at influencing stakeholders, driving growth, and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsabilities

Account Ownership & Strategy

  • Own the overall success, performance, and growth of a key enterprise account, including revenue, profitability, and customer experience metrics

  • Develop and execute the account strategy, identifying opportunities for expansion, optimization, and long-term value creation

  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, building strong, trust-based relationships at executive levels

  • Lead business reviews (QBRs/MBRs), aligning on performance, insights, and future roadmap

Commercial & Relationship Management

  • Drive commercial negotiations, renewals, and contract expansions

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with internal teams

  • Deeply understand the partner’s business model, priorities, and success metrics to proactively propose solutions

  • Ensure alignment between partner expectations and internal capabilities

Execution & Cross-functional Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Marketing teams

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable plans and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and resource allocation

  • Act as the escalation point for complex issues, driving resolution across teams

Performance Management & Insights

  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure account success

  • Generate insights and recommendations to improve performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency

  • Monitor risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency

  • Promote best practices in execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts across initiatives

  • Ensure high standards of organization, documentation, and accountability

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, business development, consulting, or related roles, with a strong focus on enterprise clients

  • Proven experience owning and growing large, complex accounts with senior executive exposure

  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience in negotiations, revenue growth, and partnership management

  • Experience working with digital products and cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Ops)

  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day delivery

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, both internally and externally

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or highly regulated industries is a plus

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
