Responsibilities
- Provide support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding products and services.
- Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about company offerings.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or related roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and general office software.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; relocation expenses will be covered.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and within a team.
