Mercier Consultancy is looking for a motivated Polish Speaking Customer Representative to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while living in the beautiful country of Greece.
As part of our dynamic team, you will provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Your Role:
- Deliver excellent customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
- Become proficient in our company systems and processes to provide the best support.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and remote working tools.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing time effectively.
- Eligible and willing to live and work (remotely) in Greece.
- No prior experience required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
