- Coordinate daily pickup schedules and support dispatch operations
- Monitor pickup SLA performance and follow up on delayed or failed pickups
- Communicate with drivers and customers regarding pickup status and operational updates
- Support pickup operations for large-volume and key account customers
- Investigate and resolve pickup-related operational exceptions
- Assist with pickup route optimization and operational efficiency improvements
- Track and maintain pickup operational records and KPI reports
- Support pickup cost tracking and operational data analysis
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure smooth operational execution
- Assist with peak season operational support and capacity coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, customer service, or operations support preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Proficiency in Excel and basic operational systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
