We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and creating personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal physical function and mobility.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and equipment to improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and proper body mechanics.
- Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with regulatory standards.
