- Responsible to the Director and Assistant director of Patient Access
DEFINITION OF POSITION
- Responsible for accurate, orderly and efficient registration of all patient types; collection of co-pays and deductibles; verification of insurances
QUALIFICATIONS
A. Professional
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Computer and keyboard skills required; type 30 wpm
- Basic medical terminology course or comparable experience
- One to two years previous work experience in Registration
