JOB RELATIONSHIPS

  • Responsible to the Director and Assistant director of Patient Access

DEFINITION OF POSITION

  • Responsible for accurate, orderly and efficient registration of all patient types; collection of co-pays and deductibles; verification of insurances

QUALIFICATIONS

A. Professional

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Computer and keyboard skills required; type 30 wpm
  • Basic medical terminology course or comparable experience
  • One to two years previous work experience in Registration
