- Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
- Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, both in working methods and personal hygiene
- Maintains standards by training staff and developing them.
- Accomplishes staff job results by coaching and training.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and adhering to company legal regulations.
- Supporting Pastry Assembly Manager to run the operation and ensuring all the standards are met.
- Always looking to exceed targets and expectations as well as improve own skills and knowledge.
- Experience and a proven background in Catering / Kitchen environment.
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and or within a productive team.
- Familiarity with working with employees from a variety of cultural and language backgrounds
- Passion for high-end cuisine, love for food and motivation to deliver exceptional service.
- Well presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude that indulges in team success.
