We are currently seeking a Partner Success Manager to join our fun, fast-paced environment.
Role Summary
As a Partner Success Manager at 6 Degrees Health (6DH), you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing key partner relationships, and ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new and existing group plans. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong sales acumen, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Essential Role Responsibilities
- Utilize effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue
- Manage contracts for both new and existing group plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update Salesforce accounts, performing administrative tasks to support sales team.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Participate in onboarding processes for new plans, ensuring timely and successful activation.
- Represent the company in client and open enrollment meetings, providing expert guidance and support.
- Provide ongoing support to existing 6DH partner accounts, including issue resolution, contract renewals, and client retention strategies.
- Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and craft compelling value propositions for potential partners.
- Analyze and present savings analysis, disruption reports, experience data, and other performance metrics to clients.
- Collaborate with operations and internal teams to manage plan implementation and ongoing service delivery.
- Proactively identify and resolve account issues, communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Offer industry expertise and strategic solutions to maximize partner success and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
2–4+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or benefits administration. Experience with self-funded healthcare plans and Reference-Based Pricing (RBP) is highly desirable. Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry conferences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce. Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels. Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and communicating complex information.
