What you’ll be doing

Are you a strategic sales professional who thrives on landing complex, high-value partnerships — not just closing deals, but reshaping entire retail categories?

As Wolt accelerates its growth across Kazakhstan, we're looking for a Partner Sales Manager to lead the acquisition of major retail chains, grocery networks, and large-format merchants. This is a hunting role: you'll be opening doors that don't yet exist, building C-suite relationships, and signing partnerships that move the needle at scale.

Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:

  • Identify, target, and close enterprise-level retail accounts - national chains, regional grocery networks, pharmacy groups, and large-format retailers
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and executive outreach through commercial negotiation and contract close
  • Build and manage a disciplined pipeline of high-potential retail opportunities using CRM tools
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals grounded in data, market insight, and a deep understanding of how Wolt drives incremental revenue for retail partners
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder deals involving procurement, operations, and C-suite decision-makers
  • Partner closely with Merchant Success, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term partner performance

Our humble expectations

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a proven track record of hunting, prospecting, and closing new business
  • Direct experience in Retail, E-commerce, Marketplace, or Omnichannel environments with demonstrated success in partner acquisition
  • Strong track record of new business generation, including ownership of pipeline building, consistent prospecting, and hitting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and extended decision-making processes
  • Excellent negotiation skills with demonstrated success engaging and closing C-level executives
  • Self-motivated hunter mentality with strong drive to prospect, qualify, and close new business independently
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen (pricing, unit economics, deal structuring) to structure enterprise partnerships
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive deals forward independently with minimal hand-holding
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics

Nice to have:

  • Experience in entrepreneurship, grocery retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
  • Familiarity with marketplace or platform-based business models, logistics and delivery operations
