🎯 About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Associate to lead execution across events, partnerships, and
brand marketing initiatives at OpenArt.
This role sits at the intersection of campaign coordination, content distribution, and
cross-functional collaboration — you'll be the operational engine behind our marketing
efforts, ensuring every campaign lands on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.
You'll work closely with design, content, and partnerships teams — as well as external
creators and partners — to bring OpenArt's brand to life across every channel.
🛠 What You'll Do
• Coordinate and execute marketing efforts for events, partnerships, and brand
initiatives end-to-end
• Manage multi-channel promotion across social media, email, community platforms,
and partner networks
• Partner with design and content teams to brief, track, and deliver campaign assets
on time
• Collaborate with creators, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure aligned,
high-quality co-promotion
• Own publishing and content distribution across platforms including LinkedIn, X,
and Instagram
• Track and report on campaign performance — reach, engagement, and impressions
— and surface actionable insights
• Maintain clear timelines, communication, and coordination across all stakeholders
throughout every campaign lifecycle
• Support brand-building efforts through consistent, high-quality execution across
every touchpoint
👤 What We're Looking For
Core Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or partnerships
• Strong organizational and coordination skills — you can juggle multiple campaigns
without dropping the ball
• Deep familiarity with social media platforms and content distribution best
practices
• Ability to manage competing timelines across multiple active campaigns
simultaneously
• Data-aware mindset — comfortable tracking performance, pulling reports, and
translating numbers into insights
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high
degree of ownership
Nice to Have
• Experience in the creator economy, AI, or tech space
• Prior exposure to event marketing or partnership co-marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with marketing analytics or campaign management tools
• An eye for design and brand consistency across channels
