At KynSo Consulting, we help startups and scaling companies expand into emerging and high-potential markets through strategy, local intelligence, and meaningful human connections.
We are currently looking for Lebanese professionals based in Belgium or Germany who can help us strengthen our visibility, understanding, and relationships connected to the Lebanese market and ecosystem — while also acting as a bridge with our European clients and partners.
This is not a traditional corporate role and honestly, we prefer it that way.
We’re looking for curious, entrepreneurial, internationally minded people who understand how relationships, communication, and trust drive business across cultures.
What You’ll Help With
- Acting as a local/cultural connection point regarding Lebanese business dynamics
- Supporting business development and relationship-building initiatives
- Helping identify opportunities, partnerships, and relevant stakeholders
- Assisting in communication between regional contacts and European clients
- Providing local market insight and operational perspective
- Contributing to projects on a flexible, case-by-case basis
Who We Think Will Thrive Here
- You do not need a specific academic background.
We care more about:
- communication skills
- cultural fluency
- adaptability
- entrepreneurial mindset
- reliability
- curiosity
- and the ability to build trust naturally
You might be:
- a young professional
- a freelancer
- someone exploring international business
- connected to startup ecosystems
- or simply someone who understands both Lebanese and European ways of working
Arabic + English is highly valued. French or German is a strong plus.
Why This Role Is Different
We’re intentionally starting this on a project-by-project basis because we believe strong professional relationships evolve naturally through trust, collaboration, and shared ambition.
If the fit is right, this can grow into a long-term collaboration with increasing responsibility and exposure across international projects.
