Lifecycle Specialist, Time and Attendance - APAC at Remote.com is a mid-level remote HR operations role with a people-first culture. You'll earn $45k–$60k/yr managing time and attendance lifecycle processes across the Asia-Pacific region — a flexible remote position ideal for HR pros seeking growth in a global, mission-driven environment.
You'll manage time and attendance processes including onboarding, policy updates, and offboarding across APAC locations, support employees and managers with time tracking and compliance questions, maintain accurate attendance records and resolve discrepancies promptly, coordinate with payroll and HR teams to ensure data accuracy and timeliness, and help develop and improve time and attendance policies and procedures.
You need 2–3 years of HR operations, payroll support, or time and attendance administration experience, familiarity with HRIS systems and time tracking tools, and strong organizational and communication skills. No degree is required — relevant HR operations experience and a track record of supporting employee processes are what matter.
