Plans, evaluates and directs systems enhancements designed to improve library processes and services for users in accordance with Library’s strategic plan.
Experience of personal computers and software, the Web and Library related IT applications, principles and techniques.
Experience communicating both orally and in writing working closely with other organizations in developing technical policies, reports and procedures.
Experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior management concerning complex library systems programs and initiatives.
